Does Uptal guarantee a job?
No. Uptal does not guarantee a job, a job offer, or an interview. What Uptal does guarantee is that it keeps searching for suitable roles and applying to them with a CV tailored to each one.
Is the service for Saudis only?
No. The service is open to all nationalities looking to work in Saudi Arabia, whether you are inside the Kingdom or outside it. We currently have subscribers from more than 40 countries. The roles we apply to are roles in the Saudi market, and the hiring decision rests with the employer.
How is my account created?
As soon as you upload your CV, the AI creates an account using the email listed on it. The account is activated once your payment is complete.
What do I do if the email on my CV is wrong?
Contact support and open a ticket. The team will correct the email and activate your account within a maximum of two business days.
